Remember that you do not have to go into excessive detail, your answer should not be too lengthy, but you do need to make sure that you are able to demonstrate your understanding of the skills that are required and how you would be able to meet those requirements.

Ideally, you should have reviewed the job description or posting prior to the interview when you completed the job application or sent in your resume. As a result you should be very familiar with the qualities or qualifications that would be necessary in order for this position to be successful.
